recently I rediscovered an old painting, acrylic on fibreboard, and I decided to restore it and give it an appropriate frame, after only 29 years since it was given to me. I also glazed it for protection since the fibreboard was threatening to fall apart from age.

the painting was done by Alekos and shows me with my two good friends Dimitris and Jannis (the heads in the horse) and looking at it now, the faces are actually recognizable.

I must admit that I never much liked it but now, with a frame in the right kitsch direction and it being an “antique” I will hang it up again.
